OBJECTIVE
After four years without a clearly defined visual identity, Selbstbehauptung Schaffhausen required a distinct brand presence. The challenge was to develop a logo that captures self-determination, visually communicating the power to take up space and hold one's ground. The identity needed to feel approachable for various target groups while reflecting the professionalism and competence at the core of the association's work. Understanding the sensitive nature of their mission, the visual language needed to resonate with both the organization and the individuals it serves.
SOLUTION
Understanding the sensitive nature of their mission, we developed a visual identity that resonates with both the organization and the individuals it serves. Central to this identity is a logo featuring a geometric "S" formed by two opposing figures. These represent the awareness we have of our own space, the respect for that of others, and the clarity to communicate both. The vibrant color palette adds confidence while enhancing impact, resulting in a distinctive and recognizable brand.

Selbstbehauptung Schaffhausen is a voluntary association offering personal empowerment training for various target groups in Schaffhausen. Through exercises focusing on presence and voice, participants learn to recognize their own limits and build the skills to uphold them. This enables individuals to react to everyday transgressions and defend their personal boundaries against all kinds of attacks.
