We're designers, writers, strategists, communicators, and visionaries working across multiple disciplines. In our women-led creative collective, every talent is cultivated, nurtured and skillfully expressed.
FOUNDED WITH THE DESIRE FOR A NEW DIRECTION

THE WHY
BYKARB was never founded, it simply happened. Growing out of a collaboration, we finally admitted that we were a real business when we signed a lease for our first own office in Munich, Germany in 2018. Like many visionaries who start out on their own, we set out to do things a little differently. We're a collective where creatives come together in a flat organizational structure, supported by community and creativity.
THE WHO
Our team is what makes us us. And what unites us is our forward-thinking, common humanity and mutual interests. The work we do is multidisciplinary, but our team is multidisciplinary by nature. Each individual is hand-picked for their interests, versatility and expertise. Next to being creatives, we are also people, and BYKARB is every story behind every individual.
